Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on every U.S. order and a flat $30 fee on all orders outside the U.S.
When will my order ship?

Orders ship out within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Delivery times vary depending on your location but are typically quick: 2-3 days.

Items marked as "Pre-Order" will take more time to ship out. Please refer to the product page for timeline information.
What's your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry. If for any reason you're not, you can return your unworn item within 7 days of receiving it. Accepted returns will receive a refund in the form of store credit, less the cost of shipping. Store credit does not expire. Please visit Returns & Exchanges for more info.

Why 18K instead of 14K?

Because “actually-fine” isn’t negotiable to us. 18K is 75% pure gold (vs. 14K = 58%) and is the global fine-gold standard. With 18K, you get substantial gold value, a richer golden color, and far better resistance to tarnish and skin irritation.
Are your pieces suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes! Our jewelry is solid 18K gold with a nickel-free alloy, so it’s naturally hypoallergenic. No plating, no brass, no mystery metals.

How do you approach ethical and sustainable sourcing?

We source from vetted ateliers who use recycled 18K gold wherever possible and keep production low-waste. We prioritize partners who are Responsible Jewelry Council (RJC)–certified. Meaning, documented supply chains, fair-labor standards, and environmental stewardship.

How do I take care of my Ange Hadid jewelry?

18k solid gold will last forever.

  • If your jewelry gets dirty, gently clean it with a soft cloth and mild soap
  • Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals like chlorine or bleach
  • Everyday stuff like perfume, sunscreen, hairspray, and lotion won’t ruin the gold, but over time, they might leave a film that can get cleaned off
  • Store your jewelry in a jewelry box or pouch to prevent scratching and tangling
