What's your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry. If for any reason you're not, you can return your unworn item within 20 days of receiving it, and we'll send you a refund less the cost of shipping it back to us. Please visit Returns & Exchanges for more info.

Because “actually-fine” isn’t negotiable to us! 18K is 75% pure gold (vs. 14K = 58%) and that's the global fine-gold standard. With 18K, you get substantial gold value, a richer golden color, and far better resistance to tarnish and skin irritation.
