US ORDERS
Overview
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges for items
- returned within 7 days of delivery
- unworn, undamaged, in their original condition
For returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your approved refund.
Please note the following items are not eligible to be returned or refunded:
- Privately sourced items
- Made-to-order items
- Sale items
Return Eligibility
The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, and undamaged. All original packaging must be intact and included.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at returns@angehadid.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and details of the item(s) you'd like to return
- We will guide you through the process and provide instructions on how to ship back the item(s)
- Safely package the item(s) in their original packaging and ship back
- If you would like to exchange an item, please complete a normal return and order the item you would like instead
Processing Your Refund
Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm they meet the eligibility criteria, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method used for the order, less the cost of shipping the item back to us.
If your returned item are not in the same condition they were shipped in, we reserve the right to either deduct a polishing charge from your refund, or not issue the refund.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Overview
Kindly note, we are unable to accept international returns due to the unpredictable tariff and duty landscape.
