Returns & Exchanges
TL;DR
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges for items
- returned within 20 days of delivery
- unworn, undamaged, in their original condition
For returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your approved refund.
Special order items cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Eligibility
The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, and undamaged. All original packaging, certificates, and anything else in the package must be intact and included.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at returns@angehadid.com within 20 days of receiving your order with your order number and details of the item(s) you'd like to return
- We will guide you through the process and provide instructions on how to ship back the item(s)
- Safely package the item(s) in their original packaging and ship back
- If you would like to exchange an item, please complete a normal return and order the item you would like instead
Processing Your Refund
Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm they meet the eligibility criteria, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method used for the order, less the cost of shipping the item back to us.
If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria (i.e. returns sent to us more than 20 days after delivery, or damaged items) we reserve the right to not issue the refund.
Please note, if your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you if you'd like to keep it.
