Refund policy

Order Commitment & Cancellations

Orders begin processing immediately after checkout and are considered confirmed once placed. We recommend reviewing your order carefully prior to purchase.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and may be accommodated only if submitted before an order ships or enters production.

All approved cancellations will be subject to a 4% processing fee. This fee reflects the payment processing costs incurred once an order is successfully submitted.

Once an order has shipped or entered production, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

US Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges

We accept eligible returns for store credit when all conditions below are met:

  • Request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Item is unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
  • All original packaging is intact and included

All returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact us before shipping anything back, as returns must be sent using a label generated by our team.

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. If an item shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or is not returned in its original condition and packaging, we may decline the return or issue reduced store credit reflecting any restoration required.

Refund Options:

Once a return is approved, you may choose one of the following:

Store Credit
Refunds for store credit are issued for the full purchase amount (non-expiring), less return shipping cost.

Refund to Original Payment Method
Refunds to the original payment method are issued less a $45 return processing fee and return shipping cost.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Made-to-order items
  • Privately sourced items
  • Sale items
  • Custom sizes or lengths
  • International orders

Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages
Once a shipment has been handed to the carrier, delivery and pickup are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a package is returned to us as unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable (including missed pickup at an access point), we can offer one of the following:

  • Re-delivery may be arranged once the parcel is received back at our studio (shipping fee applies), or
  • Store credit may be issued, less applicable shipping fees

International Orders

Returns

We do not accept international returns due to duties, tariffs, and customs variability.

Customer Account & Order Eligibility 

We reserve the right to decline future orders, cancellations, or return requests at our discretion in cases of policy abuse, excessive returns, or similar behavior.
