PROCESSING
Ready-to-Ship orders are prepared promptly from our studio and typically ship within 1-2 business days.
Pieces marked Pre-Order or Made-to-Order follow the timeline specified on the product page.
Once an order has shipped, you will receive tracking confirmation via email.

US SHIPPING
Complimentary 2-day shipping is included on all US orders.
Delivery typically occurs within 2-3 business days after shipment, and may vary depending on destination and carrier routing. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
All shipments require signature confirmation for secure delivery.
SHIPPING SECURITY & DELIVERY
All orders ship with tracking and signature required. Once a package is in the carrier’s custody, transit timing and delivery handling can be managed by you directly with the carrier.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. However, if any issues arise, please reach out to us and we will gladly do our best to assist where possible.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please carefully confirm your shipping details at checkout.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-delivery may be arranged once the parcel is received back at our studio (additional shipping fees apply).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping options are provided at checkout.
Delivery timelines vary by destination and customs processing but are typically 3-5 business days. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or import processing times.
All international duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
International orders are final sale.
