How It Works:
- Submit your $100 deposit
- Receive your mockup via email within 10 days
- Once approved, your remaining balance will be due (please allow 4-6 weeks for production)
- If you are not satisfied with the mockup, you will be refunded your $100 deposit in full
- Please note: Letters A and J do not require mockup approval. When you submit your $100 deposit, we will reach out for your balance and to begin production. Please review the sample images here before placing your order for letters A and J.

- We accept returns in their original condition within 7 days of receiving your order, for either (a) full store credit or (b) refund to the original payment method less a $45 return processing fee

- $30 shipping fee to all countries

Is this piece gold?
Yes, solid 18K gold, always. No plating, no vermeil.
Is this piece stamped?
Yes, every piece is hallmarked "750" or "18K". The placement of the stamp varies from piece to piece.
Do you offer authenticity certificates?
We're happy to include a brand authenticity certificate upon request. Please add it to your order note or simply reply to your order confirmation email.
When will this ship?
Made-to-order and preorder pieces will have their timelines indicated beneath the Add to Cart button. If no timeline is noted, the piece is ready to ship and will be shipped within 1–2 business days. If you have a specific timeline, please reach out to studio@angehadid.com and we can try our best!
18K CARE
18 karat gold will outlive all of us. It's fine jewelry that's actually fine with being worn. Clean when you feel like it. Mix a few drops of mild dish soap with warm water. Soak for a few minutes. Gently brush with a soft, clean toothbrush if needed.
